D'Banj Wins 2012 MOBO Award

It’s looking like Dbanj will be ending 2012 on a high note as he has been named the Best African Act as the 2012 MOBO Awards. He was nominated along side Nigerian duo P-Square along with Fatoumata Diawara, The Very Best, Spoek Mathambo, Fally Ipupa, Sarkodi Duncwills, Cabo Snoop, Camp Mulla, Amadou and Mariam.
The event was held yesterday, November 3rd 2012 at the Echo Arena in Liverpool UK.
Past Nigerian winners of the MOBO awards include 2face Idibia (2007) 9ice (2008) and Nneka (2009), & Wizkid (2011)
