He cannot only be described as a musician but also a philanthropist as Black Avenue Music Boss and rapper, D-Black will be joining US-based Jamaican model Keturah Hamilton, and the president and founder of ‘Women beyond Survival’, Safiyya Sarkin, from August 19th to 21st, 2013, to embark on a charity project in Jamaica.
The trio will be supporting the students of Alexander Basic School, Porus High School and Rest Primary and Junior High School in Clarendon, Jamaica with some school supplies ranging from books and stationery. This will not be the ‘Oh Vera’ rapper’s first charity project as he has donated to various charities and hospitals in Ghana including the Teshie Orphanage and the Children’s Ward of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
